What is the Guild?
The SCCS Guild is the parents group at Sioux Center Christian School. In addition to hosting several social events, the Guild also sponsors a number of fundraisers each year. The proceeds of these fundraisers directly benefit students and teachers; the Guild provides funds for materials and equipment that greatly enhance our educational program.
Regular Guild events include:
- The School Carnival
- The "Old-Fashioned" Picnic
- Auction
- Scholastic Book Fair
- SCCS Appreciation night
- Dessert Socials
Additionally, the Guild is very active in the week-to-week activities happening at school. Many parents help out as Room Parents, chaperone field trips, and serve as dish-washers and classroom helpers. We are blessed to have so many parents deeply committed to Christian Education!
